A chicken stuffed inside a duck stuffed inside a turkey stuffed inside a pig stuffed in side a cow. Yeah I'm thinking that covers me for most of these type of threads.
Local butcher smokes own bacon, makes about 25 versions of sausage. I get the bacon sliced about 3/16" thick and since it is not injected with water it fries up beautifully. The pre packaged bacon can have good flavor but usually does not fry up well because of the water.
