Can anyone recommend a portable induction cooktop? I have been thinking about getting one and using it as a fryer. I thought I would use it outside as I hate the smell of fried foods in the house. Does anyone have a recommendation and comments on it's use?

Thank you in advance!

We have a Fagor one we use at work for demos, it's fairly old but still works great. Be sure that a magnet sticks to the bottom of whatever pot you plan on using and that you have a nice flat surface for good contact.
