Chocolate cake! I got some fairly good news today at the Dr.'s office so since I'm hungry and since I got a nice "attaboy" from the doc for doing what I was supposed to, I'm rewarding myself with chocolate cake for lunch. See? I DO eat healthy!

Took a leftover boiled white potato, topped it with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, drizzle of olive oil and a smidgen of butter and broiled it in the oven served with hot wings and bleu cheese dressing.

Went to a Vietnamese "fusion" restaurant and had this sliced beef dish with sauteed vegetables on a bed of fried noodles and covered with a savory sauce. It kind of reminded me of Chinese beef with broccoli. It was pretty good. Very affordable, too.
