Today's lunch will be the same as yesterday's lunch - raw vegetable crudites (brocolli, peppers, cucumbers). I need to atone for stuffing myself over the long Thanksgiving weekend.

I did not stick to my diet today. I went to the bakery after the gym and had a bacon roll (bakery roll with British bacon and butter) and a cuppa tea. I could have had donut too but didn't.
Salad with baby spinach, tomatoes, edamame, mushrooms, celery and cucumbers, and served with some leftover tomato + feta salad, plus hardboiled egg whites stuffed with hummus. I don't like hardboiled egg yolks, so I remove them and use hummus in place.
Scrambled egg and ham sandwich, pear slices and baby carrots.
