Now I want to move to Aussieland.
Some south of the border put actual ham slices on the burger...yuck. Usually it that "luncheon meat" type...extra yuck.
toasted bun, ground beef, mustard, pickle, onion, tomato, lettuce, a shot of ketchup.
eeeeew! Pickles!
If you really want to kick it up a notch, instead of a patty use a steak, and instead of the bun use bread... steak sandwich with the lot mmmmmmm.

Americans don't even normally cook the onions. You know how McDs has raw onions and a slice of pickle? That's normal American burger, usually served with the patty raw, too.
