Water. Really focused right now on eliminating sugar from my diet, and my normal hot tea is a trigger for me to dump honey into my mug, so water it is. Suprisingly, not missing the tea so much. Yes, I realize this is counter to the small chocolate milk I was drinking a couple of days ago. Chalk it up to momentary weakness.
