I always have a water bottle beside me. The meds I take tend to make my mouth dry, so I drink water like a camel!
Once a day, I have a coffee (decaf) made with milk too. And sometimes, usually in winter, I'll exchange my straight water for a liter mug of herbal tea.
I'm not a 'food' person, so I don't eat much, but I do like my beverages.
