Keeping lunch meat is hard and snacks he really should not be eating as much of them as he does think he has high blood not sure now soda I try and not so much which he drinks to not as much as me I rarely give my daughter soda now my niece told me to join Sams club but we have no transportion and I know a cab will cause a lot I have seen their website online something has to give all to this.

My daughter does receive food stamps but not much I do not always feel like cooking I do order out sometimes all replies ASAP

I'm not sure that I am understanding the question? Are you asking for advice on how to eat healthier in your situation?

If your husband only knows how to make a sandwich and boil eggs then try and get sliced turkey or chicken from the deli, not the pre packed Oscar Meyer stuff.

Otherwise you can cook a couple days a week and have things in the fridge he can warm up in the microwave.

If either of you "think" he has a blood pressure issue it is best to get to the Doctor and have it checked and possibly start taking medication to get the blood pressure under control.
