I was just sitting here wondering what I am going to give my ever impatient hungry tummy, maybe a ham sandwich.

Just giving credit to the last couple of drooool dinners, apologies to all of the unmentioned.

Tonight we had Earl Weaver sausages on hot dog buns, and a steamed veggie mix.

Sorry to quote myself, but I got my athletes crossed. I meant Earl Campbell sausages. Lol.

A Bouillabaisse with Tilapia and kippers, a cup of Riesling, a heaping tablespoon to the bottom of the wok pan with the olive oil of peanut butter for the cajun type (cayenne, paprika, lemon pepper, etc) spices to bind with, one sliced red potato, an old orange (quartered, squeezed, tossed in (not to be eaten)), feta cheese, a quart of hibiscus tea, another quart of water, olives, capers, brown rice, split green peas, lentils, black beans, black eye peas, red beans, navy beans, pinto beans, maybe another kind. Served over butter/garlic croutons, sprinkled with some rather old Parmesan cheese.

Finally having the Chinese dinner out we were going to have last Thursday when I was too tired from shopping and reorganizing the freezers to go anywhere. Today won't be a busy day, just having our great grandson over to help start our tomato seeds. He is 3, has never done this, so his mommy thought it would be fun and if it works, he can watch them grow for a few months before planting them in the spring.
