We are having loin pork chops, cold slaw, with fresh pineapple and squash sautéed. I will probably sautee them with onions and a jalapeno as well.

Cube Steak w/onion gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans & dinner roll. I just made DH a chocolate pie. Cold, cold here in Charleston, they say snow tommorow. ��

Husband is going to hooters tonight with some friends so I bought myself some eggplant rollatini and a small salad from a specialty market for my dinner.

Tonight as most Saturdays my kitchen is closed due to the chef's day off
So we will have warmed soft Pretzels,nice stinky cheeses like Limburger and Harzer,red radishes and a few beers and snacks while watching a movie

I give them a sidle spice rub. Paprika, salt, ground chilies or Penzey's Chili 3000. Hickory or Mesquite chips and 5-6 hours in the smoker. To me less is more with ribs.
