Costco Rotisserie chicken burritos with scratch made flour tortillas, refried beans and Mexican Style rice. Topped with fresh cabbage, Kirland Organic Salsa, Creme Mexicana and fresh shredded tillamook sharp cheddar. Oh yeah with some sliced aguacates as well.
The tortillas, rice and beans were made on Sunday.
I know it's Taco Tuesday but we needed to finish the torts, being fresh made and all. Tomorrow I'll fry up some corn tortillas and we'll make tostadas with the left overs. Heck might even have enough for Thursday.
The aguacates are 50cents a piece for the Monster size Haas Right now.
Tonight green lentil soup (moong daal),chapatis,lime pickle,onion,tomato and cucumber slices,homemade plain yogurt,lassi and for dessert 1/2 a pink grapefruit
Total leftovers night. There's kibbee, beets, rice, hot dogs, shrimp and some chicken and apple sausages that all need to be eaten or I'm tossing them!
It will be some kind of soup from the freezer. Looks like it probably has beans and either pork or chicken and a leafy green probably kale or spinach. LOL
Home made cream of chicken soup with noodles and lots of veggies. Mine will not be a healthy version. We will have garlic toast as well and maybe a small ice cream afterwards or a piece of See's candy. A friend, who's sister is visiting from Ca and brought us 2 lbs. I am thinking of a way to hide them from myself.
Nachos bell grande, 7 layer burrito, and taco, washed down with diet mountain dew!

I like taco bell...but there's a reason I steer clear away from it!!
