Tonight was the 29th anniversary of Mr Sheena and myself. I didn't cook. We went out to eat at the Country Club.
We had grilled salmon, mashed potatoes, salad, bread - very good bread - cheese cake and champagne.
Next year is a Big One. Didn't get to write until now. We were busy.

Tonight I am going to work my head off in the kitchen. NOT! we are having frozen cod and frozen spiced fries. I will make a cold slaw to go along with the fish and chips. It might not be gourmet, but it will work for us. It is fun every few weeks just to have a junk type of meal, reminds me of when I was first married and working which sometimes meant ordering out. That was a long time ago.
Tonight scrambled eggs with our own tomatoes and chive,fresh baked garlic naan,a red radish salad and lassi to drink. For dessert red grapes,banana or Granny Smith apple.
I am going to stop and pick up an order of our favorite ribs and have hubby pick up some corn at the farm stand.
