It's 17 degrees F out and I have sidewalks to clear of snow. I think a warming mushroom marsala pasta bake with spinach should hit the spot today.

Very jealous of both your snow and dinner! It is going to be 60F here and I am not thrilled. We are winter people and are jonesing for ski season!
Anywho tonight's dinner is grilled pork tenderloin, rice pilaf and probably baked apple slices. Our youngest turns 5 today so cake, ice cream and presents after dinner.

Happy Friday!

I'm thinking breakfast for dinner. This afternoon the weather is supposed to get nasty, and breakfast always makes me happy - so yeah, breakfast for dinner.

I am making nice big scallops au gratin. Not sure what I'll have with it, but probably just a tossed salad.
