Everyone know's that in general, customer service is dead in this country.
However, a while ago we had a great experience at a local Carrabba's and went out of our way to express to the manager what good service we had from the waiter.
Ever since then when we go back in Carrabba's we are treated like super stars. We always get seated right away and any table we ask for. The manager and wait staff are always very friendly and asking how things are. All of the food is perfect and never cold and we are treated like royalty.
Bottom line is, if you get good customer service, you should make an effort to say something postive. I'm sure it's a welcomed change from hearing nothing but negativity.
