I always thought Burger King had the best, now they seemed to have tried to copy Mcnuggets and ruined a pretty good chicken tender..
I've never been to Chik fil A but I'd think they'd be really good there..

I like to make them at home, I coat breast strips with seasoned Bisquick and put them in the oven..

Chick-Fil-A is the best I've tried.

I can't eat any fast food anymore due to allergies, but I never really liked nuggets from anywhere because the chicken is ground up and fillers are added. Bill Millers (a local chain) has chicken tenders that are just strips of chicken that are battered and fried, and those were the best to me.

You can make your own really easily...buy chicken breast tenders, cut the tenders into smaller pieces, coat with mayo, coat with bread crumbs (use half almond meal for lower carbs if you want), then bake.

I can't eat mayo or store bought bread crumbs or almond meal anymore so I give up on eating breaded chicken.

But I'll take Church's fried chicken anytime, preferably legs and thighs. Bojangles is a distant second.

I enjoyed Bojangles when I was at the time share in Gatlinburg and one time in Hendersonville NC.

I wish they were in more states ( especially here in Arkansas )

I once saw a close up photograph of the inside of a McD's chicken McNugget and I never ate one again. There are these little black hairs that hold everything together and many other strange things going on inside those things.

Pretty well all 'regurgitated' chicken products are now being prepared in China. No thanks. The chances are much better that chicken tenders (real bits of meat in one chunk) are not contaminated/heavy on salt and doused with preservatives and have not travelled all around the world prior to landing in your paper baggie or cardboard container .. not to mention they taste much better and are juicier.

I don't make a habit of trying chicken nuggets where ever I see a fast food place, but, if I were to eat any (not made by me or someone I trust as a great cook), I would definitely head to the places where they serve 'whole tenders' not that pre-chewed stuff.

If you read the section on chicken in HOW NOT TO DIE by Michael Greger, MD, you will never eat chicken again.

I'm sorry Wendy's spicy nuggets hold a special place in my heart
