Pate and Snickerdoodle hummus (which really doesn't taste like snickerdoodles, btw, for anyone who hasn't tried it). I figure I put my fat and carb counts on overload with those two.

The stuffing. Had only one plate of food, mostly vegetables, and I skipped dessert. Haven't really been all that hungry lately.

My daughter makes what she calls her heart attack casserole. It's loosely based on honey baked ham's potato casserole. It has a huge amount of real mayo, bacon, sauteed onions and a couple types of cheese. I can feel my hips getting wider just thinking about it.

What's Indian pudding?

Most badass - the turkey smoked by my son on the back deck. Tender, moist, succulent, delicate smoke flavor - I willingly surrendur my turkey cooking crown to him.
I still make badass cornbread dressing, with real Southern (no sugar) cornbread made with bacon grease.

I don't ever stress about what I eat, as my eating habits are usually good. Most everything I had at Thanksgiving was good, wholesome food. Nothing terribly unhealthy. It's mostly lean meats, fresh veggies. Most of it garden produce. Even our desserts were pretty great...homemade cobblers, no preservatives, made with stone fruits harvested from my parents' orchards.

I did not overeat at dinner but I did have a piece of pecan pie with whipped cream even though I was full from the meal. Oh well, it's once or twice a year.

Tater tots. I love tater tots, but they are so fattening that I never buy/eat them. I ate them on Thanksgiving. My gut immediately bloated up.

I didn't eat anything bad, but I had two and a half plates of it, counting salad. And just a teeny bit of dessert (creme brulee). Wish I had the creme brulee now.
