Me! I have 3 out of the 5 you mentioned on top of my fridge right now - I'm 50!
I've had chocolate cake for breakfast, I've had a hot fudge sundae, I've had leftover Halloween candy, reheated bratwurst in beer - pretty much anything you can think of.
I will say that one of my favorites happens to be sausage gravy over hash browns. That I'd do almost anything for.
When I was younger, I was always nipping off a bottle of booze, usually whisky or rum, as soon as my eyes opened. Then there was the time out in the boonies, when due to an unfortunate circumstance the only food I had with me was freeze-dried corn, and breakfast was a fish I hooked out of a stream and that corn. I ate that corn for days, occasionally supplemented with stuff I caught/killed. I haven't eaten freeze-dried corn since.
While waiting for my drip coffee maker to do its thing I had some sweet coleslaw I picked up last night. Why? Because it was there. It's not something you plan.
16 oz of Bud and 2 bowls of Bud...Couldn't study for crap the whole day...
I was in my twenties and at a three-day Vietnam Veteran's party. I woke up on the third day and realized I was going to join about twenty of my best friends for a steak breakfast on our way home that day and the thought made my stomach turn over.
I grabbed the closest bottle and took a big swig. All better and in a good mood for breaky. When someone asked me if I had been drinking that morning I told them I had drunk a martini (sans olive, vermouth and glass.)
Some day I'll tell you about the trip home and how I fell on top of the Highway Patrolman.
Unusual for me, at the time. But, maybe not for others!
