Reached 90 degrees late this afternoon, so decided not to cook. A cold chicken, lettuce and tomato sandwich. An orange. Drank Dale's Pale Ale.

Chicken thigh cut into bite size pieces, cook in a wok, pour ranch dressing on top as sauce, add slices of bacon cut up into the same size, mix chicken and bacon together. Ready to serve. Cut an avocado into whatever size you want and put in a separate bowl.

Scoop some rice into your bowl, get some chicken/bacon, put some slices of avocado into your bowl. Eat. Yum.

I have heard you guys are about melting out there. Someone predicted the World series game could see temps close to 100. We are from CA, remember the hot early fall a few times, but not this late in the season. We are expecting heavy frost by the end of the week. Hope you enjoyed your cool dinner last night.

We are having chicken thighs, asparagus and sweet potatoes. I might fix a carrot and raisin salad as spoiled brat will think 1 thigh is not quite enough for him. OK, no smart A@@ remarks.

My son from L.A. is coming to visit on Friday. He wanted to escape the heat.
So he's going to get snow.

Third and last day of Cincy chili with a salad.
