Silicone pan liners work great for sticky stuff like this. They make them in standard sheet pan sizes and other sizes too.

I have one that I've used for peanut brittle and it worked great. Nothing stuck and clean up was quick. As far as I know it's considered safe by the FDA, so it won't leech chemicals or anything like that.

If you want to make those often, invest in a silicon pan liner. Let the nuts cool and they will peel right off.

The liner is great for baking cookies, making candy, and for anything you are going to melt cheese on or melt sugar with.

Forgot to say, after you get whatever off that you can get off the pan, just fill it with warm water and a drop of dish soap and let it soak overnight. The sugar will dissolve and the pan will be easy to clean.
