I use chili peppers in quite a few dishes for spice and flavor. I would never eat them simply for heat. The spiciest sauce I've ever made is Xni Pec pronounced "Schnee Pic" in the Nahuatl (Na Wa Tal) language of the Aztecs, it means "Dog's Nose". It calls for 2 to 8 habaneros, but I used 6 Carolina Reapers. Used in small amounts it gives a nice kick and flavor.

Although I like spicy food, but that's really not for me. Besides, it may damage the gullet!

As long as CRYSTAL Hot Sauce is available, I'm good. Yeah, yeah, I know its not the same thing.

Same here. I use habaneros and [especially] scotch bonnets in a wide variety of dishes, mainly because they add great flavor. The mild kick is also nice to have.

Eating food just for the sake of being spicy sounds ridiculous.
