I just read a news story about Wendy's Giant Junior Bacon Burger which will be sold again. I don't remember it, but the news got me wondering about another one they use to serve.

Can anyone remember the name of a burger that Wendy's used to sell up until the 1990's? It was one of my favorites. The name was something like best, ultimate, etc, an adjective maybe. I would describe it as being slightly larger than their regular single. I think their single is slightly smaller than the regular 4 oz patty (quarter pound), or maybe used to be smaller. This burger may have been a quarter pound, but I know it was smaller than the double. It may have come with bacon. And it also may have been missing one of the regular condiments, like mustard. It seems like they used to sell it for years and years.

Thanks for any information.
