So for the supposed health benefits I've been buying bags of Ghirardelli 92% squares and eating one a day, several days a week. Not sure how much you need to get the benefits that are claimed.

I've come to like it and it makes me not want other sweets.

Now I'm looking at cacao nibs and they are only about $10-15 per pound and I guess these would be considered 100% right?

Has anyone switched over to nibs from dark chocolate?

Too bitter for me. Maybe it's the brand I tried.

Cacao Nibs

I use them in cookies for a crunch factor...they are not processed, thus not sweet.

I get mine here.

I enjoy dark chocolate up to about 90%. After that, it's just too bitter for me. Why not buy a small amount of the cocoa nibs and see how you like them?

They look high in cocoa and low in sugar, which is good. I can only go as far as 72 % or too bitter for me.

Ok I found a "candy" bar of 100%.

Whoa baby no thanks. It makes my 92% seem like a Snickers. I'll stick with 92%.

Hopefully I'm getting the health benefits...

LOL. It is all relative. I couldn't do a 100 % either. What's the point of eating chocolate if it doesn't taste good?
