DH treated me to breakfast this morning--one of my favorite's--oatmeal with brown sugar, cinnamon, sliced banana and vanilla soy milk. Perfect for a stormy, rainy Sunday morning. Filled me up and warmed me up. Oh, and a double cup of Starbuck's coffee, brewed at home. 1/2 caf, 1/2 de-caf.
I had a "chicken chow mein" sandwich on toast and a mug of good coffee. (Anything can be breakfast if it's served with coffee.) I had a small amount of leftover chow mein, not enough for a meal by itself, nor worth making rice for. And I had bread, and the two things called out to me. It was surprisingly good
Well, since is really a cool day today ..I made myself a 3 egg Omelet with onions,ham, and american cheese..I had that with Home made Hash brown,toast and coffee!!
