i figured what's for diner is such a big hit why not try what's for breakfast. well, i'll start. i had a bowl of lucky charms and a glass of tang.
My daily breakfast consists of a cranberry/orange spritzer and a bowl of fresh fruit -whatever's in season - lately it's been peaches and blueberries, topped with a handful of sliced almonds, whole grain cereal and soy milk. If I'm in a really big hurry, I'll have a slice of whole grain toast with peanut butter and a banana.
Make your favorite crepe recipe, put a spoon of ricotta filling down the center, sprinkle some pecans over, roll up and spoon strawberries over the top.
