I made Rachel Ray's Buaffalo Chicken Chili last night along with the suggested blue cheese nacho's.
If you like spicy food you really must try this. We ate it again tonight and it was even better the second time.
The only thing I changed was to use baked, shredded chicken breasts instead of ground chicken, 2 cloves of garlic, added a can of Northern beans and the juice of one lime.
This is one that will be made again and again.
