I've been feeling under the weather for the past couple of days...achy, chills, night sweats, headache and run down. I don't feel awful, just not great. So I'm having an old fashioned Hot Toddy - brandy, honey, lemon juice and hot water. Better than Tamiflu if you ask me!
Finishing a pinot noir, have put on a half pot of coffee that I will drink with an irish cream, and to finish the night, I am going to sit out, listen to the woods and geese and turkeys, and smoke a light cigar while sipping a modest single malt. It will be the first I've smoked this fall, but I feel the need for the self indulgence.
