Okay, so I was in the grocery store today and I saw some ice cream I just couldn't walk past. It's one of Blue Bells limited edition flavors, "Christmas Cookies in July" (guess they're getting an early start!) It's a vanilla ice cream with chunks of snickerdoodles, chocolate chip cookies and sugar cookies and I think buttercream (or some kind) of icing and sprinkles swirled through it. That ice cream jumped in my shopping cart and refused to get out. Once I got home, I couldn't resist trying it. OMG, it was so delicious. It was 103 today, and that ice cream was so very good. I could just eat the whole half gallon in one sitting.

A few sugar-free chocolate sandwich cookies (similar to Oreos) and a small glass of milk.

Honey mustard pickle slices on top of whole wheat ritz. It was very good. We have a pickle guy near us who makes all kinds of pickles.
