For some reason, I see very few 91-96 Roadmasters/Caprices on the roads today. Did those sell poorly compared to Ford's full size vehicles in the era? The Cadillac Fleetwood is even rarer.

Sales figures began to slide on all these cars in the 90s, the reason that GM decided to eliminate their RWD full frame sedans and wagons... The first to go was the Oldsmobile Custom Cruiser (after just a 2 year run in the new body) as by 1992 sales figures dropped almost half - from near 8000 in 91 to around 4500 in 92.... Pontiac was the only "original" division at GM that never received a B-body for the 90s.... The last Pontiac B-body was in 1989 when the Pontiac Safari production was ended...

700 miles would probably be around 30-40 gallons. So for $600 you could take a little vacation to the beach and then drive back.

Just "beam over" and "beam back" with the car.

I wouldn't just buy a car without driving it and really inspecting it.

Part 1 - LOL

Part 2 - I probably wont... been there, done that and made a couple of mistakes. He has relisted the car, but for $3800! WOW, thats a big jump from $2000 he offered it to me for. He may still sell it to me for that, but not sure. I am planning on taking the local 1993 for a spin this weekend.

I say have patience, patience, patience.

Then spring will come along and even more people will be in a car selling mood and you ought to have a bit more choice not too far from your locale.

cars are cheaper from Jan - March.... Dealers and private sellers both are more eager to make bargains during this time of year (winter)... Spring time, prices usually jump as people are more eager to make purchases and dealers as well as private sellers know this (especially private sellers who sell cars off and on occasionally)...
