Hi Everyone!
You have been so helpful in the past. Does anyone know of any apartments for rent in Deerfield Beach. My husband got a job at one of the car dealerships so it would be great to have a short commute to work. A studio or one bedroom would be fine. Preferably under $1000
Thanks for reading!

Take a look at Tivola Park community in Deerfield. This is an apartment complex that gives you quick access to interstate 95. It is also a pretty safe community. You can easily get a 1 bed room for $900 - $1000 based on amenities such as views.

Also consider Coconut Creek, it's a little further west of Deerfield. Imho Coconut Creek has a larger variety of safe communities than Deerfield. It will only be a 15 min drive for your husband, and will not even have to get on an expressway.

Welcome and good luck with your move.

Anything less than $1,200/month will put you in a bad area.

Default Deerfield condos

What is the going price for a condo with 2 bedrooms. Is a first floor cheaper?
