In about 3 years I plan on going to the University of Miami (my dream school) and right now I live in Westchester NY with my parents and little sister. I don't want to be far from them and my parents said they will move down to south Florida with me. I don't want them to be too close and plus coral gables itself is too expensive to live in. There budget is 300,000. The main priority is good schools since my sister will be in 6th grade when I go to college and my family moves. I want them to be between an hour and hour and a half away from me at the university of Miami. Where are some good areas? They really like Jupiter but is it too far?:

Coral Springs and Parkland would put them about 55 minutes away, my son just finished law school there.

I don't want to "rain on your parade" regarding UM but it is really expensive. I graduated from UM a few years back and even then the tuition was 10X the cost of what a state university charged (I transferred from a state u to UM so I paid tuition at both places). Just make sure your major justifies the outrageous tuition.
