Hello, looking for apartment area/condo near Palm Air drive golf course in Pompano Beach.. anyone know of young professional areas where our son can look to live. Obviously safety huge importance. Rents are a lot more than I thought was hoping for around 800.00 a month. but that might be unrealistic??
Any ideas??

Whatever you do do not rent from Virginia Boone. Her buildings are full of drug dealers and users and alcoholics. Also she does not return deposits and lies saying that she mailed them.

No $800 is not unrealistic. However, when you add in the safety issue then it becomes unrealistic. For $800 the only places he will find are extremely sketchy. If he is able to afford $950-$1050 (for a 1/1) then there are more options in terms of safe communities.

Palm-Aire Map - Wieder Realty

Take a look at the link above. The map shows all the options that are available and the phone numbers to contact them. As a general rule of thumb the more out west (in that map) the community is, the nicer the area. Good luck on your search.

You might want to consider a room for rent. 800 or less for an apartment in Broward is in the I95 corridor. Not safe.
