Any input on the three cities posted would be great! Thanks!

All three are decent cities. Your choice will really depend on what is more important to you? schools, commute to work, age of houses, affordabilty, access to beach v/s suburbia? etc.
Generally speaking Coral Springs is probably your best bet since it has nice schools, newer homes, safer than the other 2 etc. |

yes I agree w/what you are saying, I do like Coral Springs, it just seems like the houses are super expensive....I thought if I lived slightly and I mean slightly out of city limits I might get more for our money. I just wouldn't want to step out of bounds too much. We are planning our little one going to private school. But I know its better to live in a good public district too if private doesn't work out and if we buy a house, for equity purposes.

At the same time, do not hesitate to bid anywhere from 15% to 30% less than MLS wishing, I mean listing, price. |

Hey thanks! That was also a question I had, how much how the listing price do you take at face value....of course thats what its listed as, but is that what it really will go for...

I kinda agree, now a days I advice my clients to bid 10% - 20% below the listing price..... of course the offer always depends upon the sales of comparable houses in the area.
