Looking for a gated/guarded community Miramar, Pembroke Pines, Hollywood, Davie, Weston type areas that have pools, clubhouse, gatherings, maybe a bar/restaurant and/or golf course. I know there are different price ranges but I want to know some of the best Thanks

Savanna, Weston, if you want pools, clubhouse.

Weston Hills, if you want a golf course.

Isles of Weston also has quite nice clubhouse/pool.

So does Ridges.

I guess all of Weston is nice, LOL.

Savanna in Weston is a gated community with 2 manned gatehouses. There are several pools, a clubhouse, with private rooms that you can rent. There is a little store on site. The price range in Savanna is very large so you can probably find something in your price range. Homes vary from about 1500 sf to over 5000 sf.

In Weston, anything.

Davie- You are going to have to sacrifice a gate if you want the other features. One or the other. Long Lake Ranches is a decent bet though.

Pembroke Pines- Chapel Trail, Grand Palms, Pembroke Falls, too many to list really, most are west of Flamingo Rd

Avoid- Encantada

Cooper City (consider the area)- Embassy Lakes

Miramar- Sunset Lakes, Silver Shores, Riviera Isles

Avoid- Nautica, anything south of the turnpike

Hollywood- Oakridge is the only one I can think of.

Did you mean east of the turnpike?

As others have said, Savanna in Weston is a good choice.

No, I meant south, including Silver Isles, Viscaya, etc, all of those communities along Flamingo Rd south of the bridge.

The Turnpike runs east/west for a few miles just north of the Miami-Dade/Broward line. There are a few neighborhoods located in Miramar just south of the Turnpike in that area, so I assume that's what he means. http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&so...38495&t=h&z=15
