we saw an interesting article on pine island. it looks like a great place to raise a family. we have 3 kids (12/9/6). what are the options for schools?

Hi, I live on Pine Island and have 3 kids as well. Pine Island Elementary School is one of the best (if not the best) Elementary school around. I really couldn't be happier with it. For Middle and High Schools you'll need to register at school choice and will end up in one of the Cape Coral Schools. Trafalgar, Mariner and Gulf Middle, Mariner, Baker and Cape High. I really don't know a lot about them. My kids are not old enough yet. I have a couple cousins that go to Cape High and love it, but they're kids so who knows. I've heard good things about Baker High. There are a couple other Cape schools Caloosa Middle and Island Coast High but they are farther away. I doubt you could or would want to go there.
I'm sure you'll get some horror stories about Middle and High schools and some might actually be true
Take the good and bad stories with a grain of salt.
