I live in the North West Cape and I see several neighbors with Boats/Trailers, Service trucks etc.. I do not care for the sight but its there.

All of those things that you (and others) mention are perfectly legal in the Cape. It's all about where you park them on your property, that is the issue.

As long as they are parked behind the "front setback" of the home, they are "legal". If your line of sight happens to be one that allows you to see those things from your vantage point, that falls into the 'tough luck" category.

Most of the parks do not allow that in NFM and have fenced in area's if you want to store those vehicles.
