OK, some of this I knew and some blew me away. As I might have posted before, whenever, our cell phone contract is up, we get the upgrade with new phone. We never go to the Cell provider but always the third party provider such as Best Buy, Car toys etc. A phone that costs $150 @ Verizon can be free at Best Buy. My last 3 phones were free. Then we throw the old one in a drawer, for backup in case of mishap, sometimes donate them.
So my wife wanted to get me a new Stereo for our Jeep for my Birthday. She went to Car Toys and found out that she could trade in old phones for other merchandise. She went home and gathered them up and most were worthless, but my two year old Droid Razr, was worth $200!!!!!!
She left with a brand new Jeep stereo at no cost!!!
