Thanks, have to make a walk in closet a kitchen for a loved one!
So easy to just plug into electricity on it's own circuit...have to hook up the gas
in my crawl space and up to it, otherwise.
Electric will need a 220v outlet installed. There may be specific ventilation requirements for gas stoves in your area. If this isn't going to be permanent, maybe a microwave and one induction burner would be better than installing a 4 burner stove.
4 burner elec stove or gas? So easy to just plug into electricity on it's own circuit...

If gas is available it is almost always the better choice.

otoh... a kitchen in a closet might be one of those times to not do so.
Probably not an electric stove either.
Gas is always the best choice but it sounds like it would require a lot of construction and there could also be safety concerns making a closet into a kitchen. Me personally, I would get a 2 burner induction unit and a convection oven. Done! No special electrical and these both conserve energy and are very safe. And with a little practice I could cook dinner for 10, no problem.
