On this list, what substances are "safe" to dispose of by pouring into the garden, hopefully as a fertilizer? What isn't? I don't like to have residual smell by disposing of it in the sink.
1) Spoiled milk.
2) Spoiled fruit juices.
3) Spoiled pasta sauce
4) Spoiled cheese.
5) Spoiled meat.

Anything with animal protein is going to smell like a rotting carcass.
The first three I would toss in the compost pile with plenty of plant organics.
i too would be wondering why youve got so much spoilt anything...BUT any of those can be tossed onto a SECURE compost pile
the meat and cheese particularly will attract wildlife and the sausece juice and milk will absolutly attract flies...so i wouldnt be disposing it by putting it direct tno your garden, but a secure compost pile neer the back of your peorperty (down wind) or burrying it in a pit would be an option.
id also suggest buying less of the items that typically spoil on you...or freeze the extras ect...

i agree. anything plant based i wouldn't hesitate, anything animal-based i'd put in the garbage.
