I have a zoysia lawn and there is the potential for the season's first frost in my area tomorrow night. Zoysia lawns start to turn brown after the first frost. So my question is, if I spray the lawn with water, will that protect it in case there is frost overnight? I know farmers do this to protect crops, so I was wondering if it would have the same affect on my lawn. Temperatures are supposed to warm up significantly the following day into the following week, so if I can get more "green time" out of my lawn I would like to do so.
