For those who don't know what grass paving is, here are some examples. Inside a house is questionable. OP probably means at his house.

Location guy/gal. It looks like something a simple landscaper could do. I would repost this thread in your state section with your general location given if I were you. Good luck

Grass paving is not cheap, there is no "cost effective method". It is hard physical work. Inside a house it would be very difficult to provide the correct amount of moisture and light to keep the grass alive. Those grass roots in grass paving are going deep deep into the soil; something you can't offer inside a house.

If you wanted the grass paving for a very short time, like for a party, you could put down plastic and lay a layer of sod. The sod would die after about a week.

Those are beautiful examples.

I don't know much about the techniques but I'd think it would be quite costly and time consuming to get it done just right, and would require a lot of maintenance to keep the grass healthy.

Thank you for your response.
Got me interested in looking at the link, of some pretty + useful spaces, & included:
1. https://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl...Cy-clipart.jpg - Wonder: is OP aware of the various organic levels involved ?
just asking, because tho once such Essentials were taught in primary school, but dumbed-down 'edu-cash-in' teaches nonsense.
&
2. layers of installation https://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl...t-Embryos1.jpg
&
3. actual companies selling parts of the process... Ground Reinforcement Driveway Grass Paver Manufacturer from China & on the bottom of that page see some LABOR involved, incldg Material: HDPE (high-density polyethylene) & it lasts how long ??
"at least 8 years in neutral ground of 4 < pH < 9". so adversities aside, the whole thing needs Replacement in a decade or so. oh boy!

&
4. now for the fun (not) part NDS EZ Roll Grass Pavers - EZ4X24 - 4' x 24' Roll (800) 524-4161
the first 25 rolls $310 EACH. want a Discount? just buy 26 lol
