I'm really hoping someone can tell me what kind of tree I have that is producing this pretty flower. We moved here nearly 3 years ago, and this is the first time it's flowered.
Feijoa selloana. It might have tasty fruit for you as well.
These are just the common yellow 'dancing lady' orchids, oncidiums, is how I think it's spelled. The folks in the orchid society kinda sneer at them since they're not fancy orchids, but I kinda like 'em. They're sunny and happy. They're next to the bunny hutch and get a lot of bunny manure dumped on them and they've cheered up a lot since they were put there. Somewhere under there is a flowerpot that they started out in, although they've escaped their pot.
I am newbie to this forum and are not allowed to attach image, but i have Chinese rose in front of my house, it's very easy to care and grows fast, love them.
This is the last bloom of my magnolia "Susan". She smells wonderful!
