Our new garden room made of wood is causing problems already after a few weeks... it came ready to instal in our garden ..We have it on a wooden foundation six inches off the ground.. the wood has been treated .... all the insulation is in the walls and roof..and roof covering on ...new walls fitted as well as ceiling.... all looking good but seems to be getting rain in at the one corner near the foundation.. .. Be glad of any help please.. as I dont want the wood to rot or mould to destroy what weve bought .. We cant seem to find any gaps and even tried shining a torch at night from outside but nothing. We also have a gutter fitted HELP

It came ready to install from where? That's where I'd start.

Need pics and clarification that water is entering the inside from down low?

rain? (I presume in Scotland!)
Windy or calm conditions?
Outside issues (trees / over hangs / bushes... causing rain to get into building?)
Drainage (at base), no water infiltration from soils?)

Check...
1) corner and roof flashing (metal strips under wood siding / trim)
2) Caulking / sealant in Corners, doors, windows, openings... (Hope you used a very high quality pliable Polyurethane) NEVER silicon or cheap interior caulk / Sealant)
(lights can't shine around corners into cracks)

then... start from the bottom of structure with a watering hose and wash down all joints while someone is inside with a very bright light, looking for infiltration.

Chances are pretty high, it is a corner, doorway / opening, or where multiple panels join together.

Good luck (Builder From a VERY rainy spot in USA)
