I recently spent several hours at the Georgia Archives and came home with a lot of material on a thumb drive to share with a cousin in California.

I knew that sending the files to her via email would be time consuming and tedious for both of us.

I used this site:

TooBigForEmail.com - The simplest way to send and share files on the web!!

It was easy. I was able to just open the files on the thumb drive and drag them to the TooBigForEmail form.

It's free. Up to 2 GB.

There's a lot of services like that - Rapidshare, 4shared, Dropbox, SkyDrive, etc
