But since everyone has been so nice and helpful here, I wanted to let you know that we have sold our house in NC! Yay!
We signed the contract yesterday, and our closing is 2/15. Now the only hurdle is the inspection on our 60-year-old house. We hope they don't demand too many things be fixed!
Oh, and packing. Must start packing....
