My husband and I just brought up a 16 foot Penske truck to our home in Vermont. We have one more load to deliver and I really hate the thought of having to drive another rental truck 600+ miles again.... ABF is still just way too expensive right now.... So, I looked up Old Dominion Freight and they were running over $1,000 less. Does anyone have any experience with them? They seem very reasonably priced and after adding up the costs of the previous rental....they are several hundred dollars more...but oh, what little hassles not to have to worry about driving the truck up. Any experiences or other ideas would be appreciated.

I haven't used them but after reading your post I went to their site and a move from PA to NV was $1000. cheaper than ABF which is what we planned on using. I did find a Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/ODHouseholdServices and so far have not found anything negative! Thanks for posting the question!

No problem irisheyzs. I think I'm going to wind up using them too... I did find an old post of someone who used them and liked them... It's either rent a Penske again or go this route....This route would just be so much less stress. I haven't booked it yet but I plan to soon.

So I realize this is an old thread but I forgot I had posted it. Just wanted to say that we had a great experience with Old Dominion.
