Can't help you with the hourly rate, but we've always like penske trucks better. They just seemed to be better maintained. Just my opinion. Good luck with the move.

You have the guys for two hours. Once the two hours is up, they leave. Unless you can make a side deal with them to work longer, if you need them.
okay, that won't work, I think the website said it's a certain rate per hour after that as cheap as $35 an hour, but I would have to find out how it all works with travel time, I think they would drive the truck too.
Do you have to pay the hourly rate for the return trip? it's about 2 hours away.
Your title says one way. If it is, you take the truck back to the nearest U-Haul store. You will pay the movers until they leave the job or return the truck.
We used Penske too and hired different movers on each end but I drove the truck myself to save some money.

They are generally independent contractors and not drivers.
