As soon as they find a tenant - maybe years away if ever, the Cira center complex is much more likely, but oddly the ACC has funding wrapped up in a deal with a large pension fund

I don't live in Atlanta but i think the Comcast Center would look cool there and be a great addition to the skyline.

Give Detroit the Trump International Tower from Chicago. Place it in between Ren Center and the rest of the skyline, it would get rid of that gap and give Detroit something nice to look forward too.

Take that Chicago Spire off hold and get it going in Chicago, that is all I want... no other building in this country being added into Chicago besides One World Trade Center makes sense, because they will look out of place or Chicago doesn't need them.
