This can be misleading, as NY still gained in population due to immigration and some people have gone back to their original communities in the later part of the decade.

But yeah in the last part of the decade NY is better than California in domestic migration, and Texas is number one ahead Florida.

...well of course they will change, just like they changed before. The stats are not from 2025, they're from 2000-2009...that is what this thread is about.

Honestly, I expect it. However, am I to assume that immigration population has more impact than domestic? 838,000 moved to Texas? But the population of the state increased by nearly four million? Then I see ckhthankgod's post about New York and it kind of confirms that considering that NY lost 1.6 million people domestically but yet in overall population it gained? Am I misunderstanding something?
