Its not DC or Arlington that kills it for me (govt gigs, nightlife, I get it).
But Virginia Beach? Really? America's best cities?
Credibility gone.
One of the worst vacations of my life, so much traffic, terrible beaches, just a waste of a weekend. Plus, to not even have NYC on there, even if it's not for everyone, just shows what a pointless irrelevant article that is. Plus, from what I understand, Hawaii is a nice place to visit, but a terrible place to live
DC is widely thought to be the most prosperous area today. It has a very well-educated, affluent, young population and increasingly vibrant cultural and social scene. It is virtually immune to recession.
Poverty in DC is the highest of any American City.
And pro Baseball, Football, Basketball (stolen from Baltimore), and Hockey.
Their football team plays in Maryland, just sayin...
