is there any city close to the below climate criteria , dont need all of them but much
Winters :
* Skies are not always grey and dull , I like sun light even if it dont warm the weather
* Not so windy , windy cities usually seems colder
* Have few snow , i like snow that is light and don't last long time and dont disturb life
* Not much rainy as Portland or seattle
Summrs :
* Heat & Humidity are not both high like Houston /Miami , I am used for 95-100 temp with 40-60 % Humidity
* The city have any heat moderating effect like ( Ocean , Shades , Clouds , Elevation )
* Nights get coller even slightly than morning , not have both miserable
Norfolk & Virgina Beach have the ocean which keep it warmer at night (summer and winter) and slightly cooler in the day (summer). Amt of snowfall would be slightly higher than Charlotte but less than Richmond.
Snow doesn't stick around very long in any of the cities I mentioned. In Denver mid-winter snows can stick around, but nothing like the upper midwest / northeast where snow's on the ground all winter. The thing about Denver is the snow season lasts a long time, typically late October through late April, sometimes longer.
I think Kansas City would be your best bet. Big city, well priced and fairly mild winters. Maybe a couple light snowfalls per year and a big one ever couple years.
